What smartphones are compatible with invisaWear?

Is the charm waterproof or water resistant?

All invisaWear charms are sweat and weather-resistant, so it should be fine if you get caught in the rain or if you're sweating from working out, but we don't recommend wearing it in the shower or submerging it in the water.

Do I need to charge the battery?

No! We did not want to burden you with yet another accessory you have to remember to charge. Our product is designed to have a long-lasting battery life so you never have to worry about charging it. We guarantee one year but it can be up to two years

Do I need to have my cellphone with me?

Yes. The invisaWear component uses a Bluetooth connection with a paired smartphone that can be up-to 30 feet away.

How does the alert get sent?

How do I delete an emergency contact?

To remove an emergency contact, please go to the App Menu -> Settings -> Emergency Contacts, and then swipe left on the contact you wish to remove. Next, press the red button that says “Delete”.

Absolutely! We encourage users to test the system to make sure the setup was properly completed and that they know exactly what to expect during an emergency. Using the “Test Alert” feature in our companion app allows you and your emergency contacts

The invisaWear charm is made out of brass. The gold charms are plated in 14k gold and the silver invisaWears are plated in Rhodium. The backside of the invisaWear charm is plastic so that it can be easily pressed.
