invisaWear won't pair to phoneUpdated 3 months ago

Here are some steps to try to see if it will pair:

1. First, try pressing and holding down the invisaWear device button for 15 seconds. If you accidentally let go before 15 seconds, please wait 30 seconds for it to reset before trying again.

2. If that doesn't work please try turning off your Bluetooth® and turning it back on again. Then re-open the invisaWear app and click the device once to pair.

3. If that does not work then please try resetting your phone and trying again.
