I accidentally removed my device from Bluetooth® settingsUpdated 3 months ago

Please follow the steps below to fix the Bluetooth Connection.

1. Uninstall the app, and then reinstall it. While waiting for it to reinstall, please go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and verify that invisaWear is not listed under My Devices. If it is listed, please forget the device to remove it.

2. Log back into the app. You'll first need to add your contacts again. Once you reach the Connect Device page, please press and hold down the button for 15 seconds. If you accidentally let go before 15 seconds, please wait 30 seconds for it to reset before trying again.

3. You may need to repeat Step 2.
