How do I return if I purchased from www.invisawear.com?Updated 3 months ago

We're so sorry to hear you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase.  We do have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, so if you could please send the item back using the link below, we'd be happy to process the refund.

As a friendly reminder, a subscription is required in order for you to use our service.  Even if you return your device there are still some safety features available in the app for you to use if there is an active subscription.  Please confirm if you'd like your subscription canceled when returning your device or by sending us an email at [email protected].  If you do not confirm your cancellation request then your subscription will not be cancelled and will remain active.

*Please note: If you are returning a necklace, please ensure that it is packaged securely and that the chain will not tangle. If you return a necklace with a tangled or broken chain, you may be charged a damage fee of up to $15.*
